Store Manager

Responsibility is to efficiently manage and maintain the property. This includes maximizing occupancy and revenues by renting all available spaces to customers, the timely collection of rent and fees, maintaining property appearance and delinquency to company standards, working in a safe environment, and adhering to all company policies.

 

Relief Manager

Responsibility is to efficiently manage and maintain the property. Provides backup relief to the Store Manager. Reports to the Store Manager(s) who supervises and assists.

 

Warehouse Person

Responsibility is to maintain the buildings and grounds so that they present a neat and orderly business-like appearance, as well as promote customer and employee safety issues.
